Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

At Body Basket, we take great care in preparing and packing every order. Due to the personal nature of skincare, body care, and wellness products, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products.

Eligible Cases

Refund or replacement requests are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Product received defective or leaking
  • Missing item in the order

Request Window

To be eligible for a refund or replacement request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bodybasket.in with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear and complete unboxing video

Unboxing Video is Mandatory

For any claim related to damaged, leaking, missing, defective, or wrong products, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

  1. The sealed package before opening
  2. The full parcel opening process without cuts, pauses, or edits
  3. The product condition immediately after opening
  4. Any damage, leakage, missing item, defective product, or wrong product received
  5. The shipping label/order details on the package

Claims without a clear and complete unboxing video may not be accepted, as we may not be able to verify the issue after the package has been opened.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, or handling
  • Personal preference after use
  • Minor natural variations in fragrance, texture, color, or appearance
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Claims without a complete unboxing video

Refunds

If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Replacements

Where applicable, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the issue reported.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
