Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Body Basket is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or incorrect customer details.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are entered correctly at the time of placing the order. Body Basket is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Damaged, Leaking, Missing, or Wrong Product Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incomplete, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bodybasket.in with your order number.

To raise any claim for damaged, leaking, missing, or wrong products, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

  1. The sealed package before opening
  2. The full package opening process without cuts, pauses, or edits
  3. The product condition clearly after opening
  4. Any damage, leakage, missing item, or wrong product received
  5. The shipping label/order details on the package

Claims without a clear and complete unboxing video may not be accepted, as we may not be able to verify the issue after the package has been opened.
